You’re welcome to walk in, but we recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends, holidays, or if you're heading to Rottnest Island with a bike.

Do you provide helmets and locks?

Yes, all rentals include a helmet and lock at no extra charge. Helmets are mandatory in WA.

Can I return a bike outside your opening hours?

Yes, we offer early pick-up or late drop-off for a fee ($50–$75). This must be arranged in advance with a confirmed 15-minute time window.

What if I damage or lose the bike?

You’ll be responsible for any loss or damage, so please take care of your gear. Our team will assess any damage and charge accordingly.

How do I get the bike to Rottnest?

We’ll prepare your bike with everything you need and you’ll roll it straight onto the ferry. It's a 2 mins ride or 5 min wal. It’s a simple process—just let us know your ferry company and time.

Can I rent a bike on Rottnest instead?

You can, but our e-bikes are often better value, better maintained, and more powerful. Plus, you’ll avoid queues at the island.

Do you offer guided bike tours?

Yes! We run fun, informative e-bike tours through Fremantle’s historic and coastal areas. Tours run daily, subject to weather and availability. Book online or contact us to reserve.

What if I have a medical condition or haven’t ridden in a while?

Please let us know about any medical conditions when booking. Our tours are relaxed, but we do require a basic level of fitness and comfort on a bike. If you’re unsure, just ask—we’ll help you choose the right experience.

Can kids rent bikes?

Riders must be 16+ to rent on their own. Younger riders are welcome on tours or with a guardian. We also have child seats and tag-alongs available—just let us know in advance.

How do I keep the helmet fresh?

We clean and sanitize all helmets after each use. Still concerned? Feel free to bring your own.

Can I suggest a custom ride or tour?
