"Amazing! I came across your company by chance because the bikes at the on-island rental were already booked, and generally, there’s a huge problem there. Not only do we pay 75 AUD for the cheapest bike, whereas with you it’s only 60 AUD, but let’s say we arrive at 7:30 a.m. and stay until the last ferry at 7 p.m. In reality, we first lose an hour because the rental only opens at 8:30 (assuming we get the bike immediately without waiting in line), and then we have to return it by 4 p.m., losing another 3 hours until the 7 p.m. ferry. So in total, we lose about 4 hours.

With you, I can have a bike from early morning for the whole day for just a slightly higher price. You really need to highlight this more on your website because people don’t realize what they’re missing! The cost of 2 bikes on the island is 150 AUD, and with your service we add 50 AUD for ferry transport and 50 AUD late fee, so 100 AUD extra. But the bike itself is cheaper, so we’re adding only a small amount and gaining 4 extra hours.

I will definitely recommend your service. Although we’re from Poland and few people get to Australia, I will make sure to write about it in travel groups on Facebook. :) :)
