Bike Pick-up (Fremantle)

Arrive at our Fremantle bike shop at 6:45am to collect your bikes before heading to the Fremantle B-Shed ferry terminal on your own, for departure to Rottnest Island. Bike fitting and setup are handled by our team prior to departure.

Fremantle Ferry Departure & Rottnest Island Arrival

Begin your Rottnest Island bike tour with a scenic ferry ride from Fremantle to Rottnest Island. On arrival, you’ll already have your bike and will meet your local guide Laura on the island. Laura will provide your snorkelling gear and a short safety briefing before the tour begins.

Coastal Cycling & Island Discovery

Set off on a guided cycling tour of Rottnest Island, riding along coastal bike paths with views of turquoise bays, limestone formations, and historic landmarks. Along the way, your guide shares stories about the island’s natural environment, Indigenous Noongar history, and European settlement.

Snorkelling & Beach Time

Enjoy a relaxed snorkelling stop at one of Rottnest Island’s iconic bays. Swim in crystal-clear waters, explore marine life, or unwind on the beach and soak up the island atmosphere. Snorkelling is a free-time activity, with your guide nearby.

Island Wildlife & Scenic Highlights

Continue your cycling experience past key highlights including Pink Lake, Parker Point, Little Salmon Bay, and Parakeet Bay. Keep an eye out for quokkas and enjoy plenty of photo opportunities along the route.

Lunch at Geordie Bay & Relaxation

Refuel with lunch at Geordie Bay, one of Rottnest Island’s most popular beachfront spots. Relax with fellow riders and enjoy the laid-back island vibe before heading back toward the settlement.

Return Ferry to Fremantle

Conclude your Rottnest Island bike and snorkel tour with an easy ride back to the ferry terminal, followed by the return ferry to Fremantle — Returning your bikes to Fremantle Bikes Shop.
